In our webshop you can use different methods of payment: iDeal, SEPA transfer, MasterCard, Visa, eMaestro, Bancontact, MrCash.

In our store, you can of course always pay with cash, or with your Maestro-card. For payments in our store with a creditcard we charge a provision of 2%.

Exceptions to the standard shipping options: explosives (e.g. distress signals), inflammable goods (e.g. paint) and corrosive goods (e.g. batteries) and any of the goods that are mentioned in the general terms and conditions of the shipping companies.

Besides that, Jos Boone Watersport can choose not to ship certain items for specific reasons. In this case, the items will only be available by picking them up in our store. 

Delivery time

On our website, you can find an indication for all our products considering their stock status and delivery time. In the case of a wrong indication, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Normally, we ship the articles that are in stock and have been ordered before 16:00 at the same day. After your product is offered to the shipment company, you will receive a track-and-trace-code via email.

In case your order is not complete, we will wait till it is complete, if the missing products are expected at our store within 3 working days. In case the expected time of delivery extends 3 working days, we will contact you about the expected time of delivery. Would you like us to send the products that we have in stock, even if the missing products are expected to be delivered within 3 working days? In that case you can fill this in in the box 'Opmerkingen' (Optional Remarks) on our website. In that case however, we will double charge the shipping costs.

Return policy

Data carriers such as books, charts, memory cards, CD’s can unfortunately not be returned without costs. Also custom-made spliced lines, steel wire solutions, custom-made pvc, and other custom-made products cannot be returned without costs.

In the case of visible transport damage we advice you to report this as soon as possible to the shipment company. If you receive the product in a damaged state, please send a photo of the damage per email and we will contact you as soon as possible, within office hours.

If the package does not contain the product that you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We ask you to use the instructions that we will give you, to return the wrong product unopened.

According to Dutch law, any product can be returned within a period of 14 days. The shipping costs for such a return shipment will not be refunded and are at your own risk.

In case you want to cancel your purchase and you want to return your products, you should let us know within 14 days after receiving the product (also in case it is delivered at for example your neighbors) by sending us an email or via mail.

 

Products should be returned undamaged and without signs of use and preferably in the original package. Moreover, the return package should be sufficiently franked and should contain (a copy of) the (purchase receipt or invoice). We would like to know the reason of returning. Dropping off the products at our store is always possible, and we would be happy to help you with a product replacement (or service).

Within 14 days (but as soon as possible) after receiving your package, we refund the goods. If you are returning the entire shipment, we will also refund the shipment costs, unless extra costs are made upon your request (e.g. increased liability shipment).

Warranty

Jos Boone Watersport does not guarantee warranty on consumable goods,  data carriers (such as books, charts, memory cards, CD’s) and on custom-made products. On all other products that are eligible for warranty, our warranty services are equal to those of the importer or manufacturer. After applying for the warranty for such products, the customer can send those products to Jos Boone Watersport, whereby the shipment costs need to be accounted for by this customer. The shipments needs to include (a copy of) the purchase receipt or invoice and (if present) the warranty certificate. Shipment costs arising from the shipment from Jos Boone Watersport to the importer or manufacturer will, just as any other costs, be passed on to the client.

You can trust us that we will do our best to settle your warranty issues as fast and flawless as possible.

Note that in case of a device that contains a memory card, we advise you to take out this memory card, if it is not relevant for the warranty issues. Also, always try to make a back-up of your data. 

Gift Voucher

At Jos Boone Watersport, gift vouchers with several different values are available. Gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of diesel or any other fuel. In case the value of your purchase is  less than the value of your gift voucher we will not refund the remaining value. However, if you have an account, we will add the remaining value to your account credit.
