Betalen

In onze webshop vindt u verschillende betaalmogelijkheden: iDeal, SEPA overboeking, MasterCard, Visa, eMaestro, Bancontact, MrCash.

Op ons winkelschip kunt u natuurlijk contant betalen of met uw Maestro pin-pas. Voor betalingen in onze winkel met een creditcard rekenen we 2% provisiekosten.

Geen PostNL-EU-land:

Uitzonderingen op standaard verzendopties: explosieven (noodsignalen), brandbare stoffen (verf) en bijtende stoffen (accu's) en alle andere in de voorwaarden van de vervoerder genoemde artikelen.

Daarnaast kan Jos Boone Watersport ervoor gekozen hebben bepaalde artikelen niet beschikbaar te stellen voor verzending, deze artikelen kunnen dan alleen afgehaald worden in de winkel.

Levertijd

Bij al onze producten staat een voorraadweergave of een indicatie van de levertijd. Mochten daar onverhoopt fouten in staan dan nemen wij zo snel mogelijk contact met u op.

Normaal gesproken worden artikelen die op voorraad zijn en op werkdagen voor 16:00uur besteld nog dezelfde dag verstuurd. U ontvangt daarvoor per e-mail automatisch een track-and-trace-code.

In het geval dat uw bestelling niet compleet op voorraad is wachten wij met verzenden tot deze wel compleet is als de ontbrekende artikelen binnen 3 werkdagen bij ons verwacht worden. Is de verwachte levertijd langer dan 3 werkdagen dan nemen wij contact met u op over de verwachte levertijd. Wilt u dat wij de artikelen die wij al wel op voorraad hebben direct opsturen, ook als het ontbrekende binnen 3 werkdagen bij ons verwacht wordt, dan kunt u dat bij uw bestelling opgeven. In dat geval brengen wij wel tweemaal verzendkosten in rekening.

Ruilen en retourneren

Datadragers zoals boeken, kaarten, geheugenkaartjes, cd's en dergelijke kunnen helaas niet kosteloos geretourneerd worden, ook op maat gesplitste lijnen, geklemd staaldraad, pvc op maat en overige op maat gemaakte artikelen kunnen niet kosteloos geretourneerd. Hiervoor worden retourkosten in mindering gebracht op de creditnota.

Is er sprake van zichtbare transportschade dan mag u hiervan direct melding maken bij de vervoerder. Ontvangt u het product beschadigd, mail ons een foto van de beschadiging en we nemen zo spoedig mogelijk, tijdens kantooruren, contact met u op.

Bevat de zending niet het door u bestelde product neem dan direct contact met ons op en stuur met de verkregen instructies het verkeerde product ongeopend aan ons retour.

Een gekocht product mag (volgens de wet koop op afstand) binnen 14 dagen geretourneerd worden. De verzendkosten van de retourzending worden niet vergoed en zijn voor uw eigen risico.

Ziet u af van de koop en wilt u de artikelen retour sturen dan dient u ons dat binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst (ook als de zending bijvoorbeeld bij de buren is bezorgd) van de goederen (in geval van een deellevering geldt dit voor het laatste deel) per e-mail of schriftelijk per post te laten weten.

Retouren dienen onbeschadigd, zonder gebruikssporen, en liefst in originele verpakking en voldoende gefrankeerd naar ons verstuurd te worden inclusief (een kopie van) de aankoopbon of factuur. Graag horen wij daarbij ook de reden van retour. De artikelen afgeven op ons winkelschip mag natuurlijk ook altijd, wellicht kunnen wij u dan direct al helpen met een vervangend (service-) exemplaar.

Uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen, maar zo snel als mogelijk na ontvangst van de goederen wordt het bedrag terugbetaald. Zendt u de totale zending retour dan ontvangt u ook de gemaakte verzendkosten retour tenzij op uw verzoek er extra verzendkosten zijn gemaakt ten opzichte van onze geboden standaard leveringsmethode.

Garantie

Jos Boone Watersport verleent, tenzij anders afgesproken, geen garantie op verbruiksartikelen en datadragers zoals bijvoorbeeld boeken, cd's of geheugenkaartjes en voor u op maat gemaakte artikelen. Op alle andere voor garantie in aanmerking komende artikelen verlenen wij de garantie volgens importeur of fabrikant. Al deze artikelen dienen na aanmelding franco aan Jos Boone Watersport verzonden te worden inclusief (een kopie van) de aankoopbon of factuur en (indien aanwezig) garantiekaart. De kosten van verzending van JBW naar importeur of fabrikant worden evenals de eventuele kosten van dezen doorberekend.

U mag u er op vertrouwen dat wij onze uiterste best doen om de afhandeling van uw garantie zo snel en vlekkeloos als mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Let er op dat u bij het opsturen van apparatuur uw geheugenkaartje, als dat voor de afhandeling van de garantie niet van belang is, er uit haalt en niet meestuurt en zorg voor een back-up van uw gegevens als dat mogelijk is.

Cadeaubon

U kunt bij Jos Boone Watersport cadeaubonnen aanschaffen van verschillende waardes.
Cadeaubonnen kunnen niet gebruikt worden voor de aanschaf van diesel of andere brandstof. U krijgt geen geld terug bij aankopen met een bedrag lager dan de waarde van de bon, het tegoed wordt bijgeschreven op uw account.

Projecten of een grote reis?

Bent u bezig met de bouw van een nieuwe boot of een grote refit dan bent u van harte welkom en denken we graag met u mee. Bent u bezig met de voorbereiding van een grote (wereld)reis dan kunnen wij u met al onze ervaring adviseren over bijvoorbeeld veiligheidsmiddelen of communicatiemogelijkheden.

Payment

In our web shop you can use different methods of payment: iDeal, SEPA transfer, MasterCard, Visa, eMaestro, Bancontact, MrCash.

In our store, you can of course always pay with cash, or with your Maestro-card. For payments in our store with a creditcard we charge a provision of 2%.

Exceptions to the standard shipping options: explosives (e.g. distress signals), inflammable goods (e.g. paint) and corrosive goods (e.g. batteries) and any of the goods that are mentioned in the general terms and conditions of the shipping companies.

Besides that, Jos Boone Watersport can choose not to ship certain items for specific reasons. In this case, the items will only be available by picking them up in our store. 

Delivery time

On our website, you can find an indication for all our products considering their stock status and delivery time. In the case of a wrong indication, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Normally, we ship the articles that are in stock and have been ordered before 16:00 at the same day. After your product is offered to the shipment company, you will receive a track-and-trace-code via email.

In case your order is not complete, we will wait till it is complete, if the missing products are expected at our store within 3 working days. In case the expected time of delivery extends 3 working days, we will contact you about the expected time of delivery. Would you like us to send the products that we have in stock, even if the missing products are expected to be delivered within 3 working days? In that case you can fill this in in the box 'Opmerkingen' (Optional Remarks) on our website. In that case however, we will double charge the shipping costs.

Return policy

Data carriers such as books, charts, memory cards, CD’s can unfortunately not be returned without costs. Also custom-made spliced lines, steel wire solutions, custom-made pvc, and other custom-made products cannot be returned without costs.

In the case of visible transport damage we advice you to report this as soon as possible to the shipment company. If you receive the product in a damaged state, please send a photo of the damage per email and we will contact you as soon as possible, within office hours.

If the package does not contain the product that you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We ask you to use the instructions that we will give you, to return the wrong product unopened.

According to Dutch law, any product can be returned within a period of 14 days. The shipping costs for such a return shipment will not be refunded and are at your own risk.

In case you want to cancel your purchase and you want to return your products, you should let us know within 14 days after receiving the product (also in case it is delivered at for example your neighbors) by sending us an email or via mail.

Products should be returned undamaged and without signs of use and preferably in the original package. Moreover, the return package should be sufficiently franked and should contain (a copy of) the (purchase receipt or invoice). We would like to know the reason of returning. Dropping off the products at our store is always possible, and we would be happy to help you with a product replacement (or service).

Within 14 days (but as soon as possible) after receiving your package, we refund the goods. If you are returning the entire shipment, we will also refund the shipment costs, unless extra costs are made upon your request (e.g. increased liability shipment).

Warranty

Jos Boone Watersport does not guarantee warranty on consumable goods,  data carriers (such as books, charts, memory cards, CD’s) and on costum-made products. On all other products that are eligible for warranty, our warranty services are equal to those of the importer or manufacturer. After applying for the warranty for such products, the customer can send those products to Jos Boone Watersport, whereby the shipment costs need to be accounted for by this customer. The shipments needs to include (a copy of) the purchase receipt or invoice and (if present) the warranty certificate. Shipment costs arising from the shipment from Jos Boone Watersport to the importer or manufacturer will, just as any other costs, be passed on to the client.

You can trust us that we will do our best to settle your warranty issues as fast and flawless as possible.

Note that in case of a device that contains a memory card, we advise you to take out this memory card, if it is not relevant for the warranty issues. Also, always try to make a back-up of your data. 

Gift Voucher

At Jos Boone Watersport, gift vouchers with several different values are available. Gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of diesel or any other fuel. In case the value of your purchase is  less than the value of your gift voucher we will not refund the remaining value. However, if you have an account, we will add the remaining value to your account credit.
